Join neighbors, friends and families on Veterans Day as we explore Holy Rood Cemetery, Glover Park’s oldest historic site. Beth Miles will lead a walk to visit the gravesites of soldiers and sailors who served in eight American wars. Thanks to research by Carlton Fletcher, Glover Park’s local historian and editor of gloverparkhistory.com, we can share the stories of these forgotten men and women. At the conclusion of our walk, we’ll show you how to make a tombstone rubbing.
