September Is National Preparedness Month

Are you ready for a personal health emergency, or a disaster in your neighborhood? Please join GPV for a short presentation and workshop, with tips and tools to help you stay safe. Bring your laptop; we can help you enroll in programs online.

Learn how to prepare for emergencies. After a short presentation, we'll have demos, services, and free supplies. (Program will be repeated on Sept. 23.)

Our facilitator is Dr. Sarah A. Lister, a retired veterinarian and epidemiologist who worked for the US Congress from 2003 to 2022, advising on preparedness for serious health emergencies such as floods and pandemics. Sarah is now a GPV volunteer.
