Worried about a family member? When should you try to get help for someone? Who can evaluate the urgency of this change?

You are invited to find answers to these challenging questions when Glover Park Village hosts a session with Kate Newkirk from Aging and Amazing (A&A), our social work case management organization. We will discuss A&A services, as well as other resources available through organizations and agencies in DC.

Glover Park Village provides many services to our community, but there are times when   our good intentions are not sufficient to address the urgent needs of individuals. When GPV volunteers and others encounter concerning situations or conditions, the Village may engage A&A to provide guidance, individual case management and access to resources.

Glover Park Village intends to offer training and materials for volunteers and community members on steps they can take to find social service resources in our city.
